NORTH west Muslims will be able to sample traditional
delights of mature Cheddar, Specialist cheese makers,
Dew-Lay Products have received the go-ahead from the
Halal Food Authority to market their range of cheese to
the Muslim community.
Halal food inspectors visited the specialist companies
premises in Garstang, Lancashire, and examined the
cheese making process declaring it fir for consumption
by Muslims mat the end of their visit.
Dew-Lay produce a full range of British cheeses.
